Powerapps webplayer does not work from Russian IP

Hi, 

Powerapps webplayer does not work from Russian IP (infinite loading), we can not run applications from web (through the PowerApps shell all is well) and view the list of application.

Through the proxy, everything works correctly. 

How can we solve this problem?

Some google services have been affected by the blockade of the Russian government to Telegram. Maybe Microsoft also has problems?

Hi @Alekse,

 

1. Please try to clear cache and test again.

2. Test with other browsers.

3. Is this happening to all pcs from Russian IP? Would you please test with different IPs to have a test?

Hi @v-monli-msft,

I checked on a few PCs and 2 ISPs - the result is the same. I think that SanchezCSG is rigth - there was information that blocked 51.136.0.0/15.
