Problem in creating a new case in canvas

Hi guys ,

I am in trying to create a new case in canvas view in power apps for dynamics 365 crm . but when I try to save it it gives me this error. You should specify a parent contact or account as shown below  

 Ive added the combo box with the contacts datasource but i am still getting the error.

Here are the contact's combo box properties.

whats could be the problem ?
