Problem with SharePoint Managed Metadata field

Hi,

I have a strange problem with one of my SharePoint forms (customized with PA). There's a Managed metadata field that is connected to a certain term set. It works just fine with a new form, but after submit (on the view and edit form) it shows a number instead of the term label.

I have tried to remove the field, publish, add the field back and publish again, but the problem remains. I have never had this kind of problem before with managed metadata fields. Does anyone have a clue what could be wrong?

Okay I was too hasty. I had to remove the field from the form, publish, then delete the sharepoint column completely from the list settings and recreate it -> connect to the same term set, then add it back to the form and publish. Now it works ok 🙂
