Problem with delete items from ComboBox and save to SharePoint.

Hi Teams,
I still have a problem with the ComboBoxes, after I delete items from it in the form in edit mode and save those changes in SharePoint, the deleted items are still in the comboboxes.
My colleague has made two comboBoxes, where one depends on the other. What we choose in the first one affects what we get with the second one.
Adding more items and saving works very well, but the problem arises when I want to delete an item from this comboboxes.
The QA team told me that the user should be able to remove the item from the "Activity" combobox and the associated "Types Of Work" should disappear.
This is another case that I don't know how to solve.
I'm adding a screen shot to make it more clear what is being done in the application.
Here are two ComboBoxes. One for choose "Activity" and another to choose "Types of Work".

Like I mentioned, one depends on another:

My friend add this logic under the "Save changes" to collect chooses items.

OnVisible for EditScreen I added this part of the code because without it, I couldn't select more items for the combobox and save that to SharePoint:

This is one list where we store activities and related types of work:

In our master list, a colleague creates a LookUp column, into which they load data from the previous "KUP- activity list":

If anyone has any ideas please help.
Thank you in advance 🙂
