Problem with log out automatically after logging into the webpowerapps

I don't know whether this is related to the problem of downloading the application in windows because it is on the same tenante, but I do not run the application from the web browser. automatically logs out after entering the login data.

Could you please clear cache and cookies in your browser?

Or could you please try to use another browser?

I tried. multiple browsers. multiple computers. All users have same problem.. I don't know if it has any connection but it started at the same time as this problem appeared.

How do I get some support? I have a service request that no one responds to. Nobody depreciates on the forum. Currently, no user can log in to web powerapps on our tenant. This is very frustrating ..

Are you being logged out when you go to the home page (web.powerapps.com) or when you try to open a specific app?

Only when i get to Home page web.powerapps.com.

Same here, it has been going on for 2 weeks or so, don't remember the exact date.

The only way to access PowerApps is to go directly to https://us.create.powerapps.com/studio

I also would like to add that trying to report this error is a very cumbersome and frustrating process.

We too tried different browsers, different users.
