Problem with toggle and drop down

I have a problem with a toggle.

When I select the toggle which has a OnSelect patch:

Patch(ProductList,
LookUp(ProductList, ID = ddProduct.Selected.ID),
{MaterialsAdded: If(ToggleMaterialsAdded.Value = true, true, false)});

If(ToggleMaterialsAdded.Value = true,

Patch(MaterialChangeRegister, {
JobNumber:ddJob.Selected.Title,
CategoryName:ddCategory.Selected.Title,
ProductName:ddProduct.Selected.Title,
Title:"Materials Added",
User:User().FullName,
Date:Now(),
ChangeType: "Status"
}),

Patch(MaterialChangeRegister, {
JobNumber:ddJob.Selected.Title,
CategoryName:ddCategory.Selected.Title,
ProductName:ddProduct.Selected.Title,
Title:"Materials Pending",
User:User().FullName,
Date:Now(),
ChangeType: "Status"
}))

The drop down: ddProduct.Selected.Title then changes. It has a Items:

SortByColumns(Filter(ProductList, CategoryName = ddCategory.Selected.Title And JobNumber = ddJob.Selected.Title), "Title")

I do not know why the drop down changes when I select the toggle. This changes to the first record each time, in the image below when the toggle "product materials pending" is toggled to true, the product drop down changes from "J02" to "J01".

An update on this,

I have confirmed the toggle is resetting the drop down. I am not sure why this is happening. Some help here would be appreciated. Any ideas on what this could be?
