Problems with Common Data Model

I'm wanting to create an entity in powerapps, so that I can have a static data source in the app.  I've managed to create this with no error, except when I got to add common data model, I get the below error....

Hi Ballboff,

I had an old connection with Common Data Model, it worked well for me. But when I deleted the old one and recreated the connection to CDM, I got the same error message with you. I tried for many times, but I still got the error message and I can’t recreate to CDM.

Well something different happened today.  When I logged in to powerapps this morning I got the common data model in my connections, which needed authenticating. I authenticated it and it seemed to connect ok.  However, I can't link any of my apps to it, or create a new app based on that connection.
