Problems with Edit Form from Selecting Item in Gallery

Hi,

I have a gallery that lists several items. I want to have it setup where when an item is selected it takes you to another screen to edit or add to the items in a form. Right now I have the navigation part working but for some reason it is having an issue displaying anything in the edit form and does not like me setting item in the data section of the form to RightDisplay. Selected (RightDisplay is the gallery). QualityCallSystem is the SharePoint data source that contains all the items information. See attached photos for what the problem looks like. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Is both your Form and Gallery connected to the same datasource QualityCallSystem ?
