Problems with Generate pdf and rows delegables

Hello, I'm Carlos

1) I try to know how to work with tables of records which will have more than 2000 records, the use of excel file is temporary since I will migrate the data to a table in postgres, for example the table Employees will increase a lot (at least it exceeds the limit of 2000) so I ask for help or an explanation of how to handle large data tables.

2) Regarding the second query, imagine a list of items, each item should be printed with its respective format (see the attached images), I want to generate a pdf report grouping each item, for example the list has 5 items, When you press a button it must generate 5 formats each with its respective information contained in the list. The result would be a pdf that contains 5 pages. The format is created in an HtmlText control.

Thanks for you help!

Re: Problems with Generate pdf and rows delegables

Hi @Cbarahona,

1) Sorry but Data row limit for non-delegable queries setting can only be 1 to 2000. But this number only limit your records if you are using data sources and formulas that can't be delegated in PowerApps. It's the only way to keep your app performing well. Notice that the OneDrive Excel connector still does not support for delegation. See the delegation list for the full list of which data sources support delegation and to what extent.

For delegation understanding, please refer to:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/delegation-overview

2) So far you cannot print PDF within PowerApps directly.

Regards,

Mona

Re: Problems with Generate pdf and rows delegables

Is there any way to create several formats made in texthtml in pdf? It is not necessary to be directly from powerapps, could I use flow to generate it? but ideally could I create a pdf with several pages? each page contains a table drawn in htmltext with information from a gallery. I need a solution for this since I do not know how to do it.

thanks for your help
