Process Notification not triggering on active account


I have a form where there are more than 1 technician to be assigned to , all of them are configured to the same look up entity.. I have my process workflow configured to send email when technician 1 has data, likewise the other technicians on the form.. it only triggers on the first ‘assigned to’ field. The processes are all activated.
