I cannot seem to get the right syntax for ProjectOnline.ListProjects

I have looked at this:

and this:

https://www.carlosag.net/PowerApps/Connectors/Project-Online#_Toc492EB964ListProjects

but if I use this in a combobox:

ProjectOnline.ListProjects(https://ghdunn.sharepoint.com/sites/pwa/Projects.aspx)

or 

ProjectOnline.ListProjects(https://ghdunn.sharepoint.com/sites/pwa)

or 

ProjectOnline.ListProjects(https://ghdunn.sharepoint.com/sites)

then it fails:

"the function ListProjects has some invalid arguments.
