Published App Not Working "This App Stopped Working. Try Refreshing Your Browser"

On 11/5 morning, our entire team started receiving the following error and no longer can use the published PowerApps application:

 

This app stopped working. Try refreshing your browser.

 

We have already asked our users clear their cache, cookies, restart their laptops, and we've republished the PowerApps application. 

 

The app was working correctly on Friday, November 2nd. 

 

We were set to deploy our application to our larger community on 11/6. We are very disappointed that we continue to experience issues with PowerApps. Can anyone please help us?

Please first try to test with another browser. Also, is this only happening to this one specific app? If you create another one and share it, will the same error occur? If the issue persist, please try to open a support ticket there:

I'm sure you're probably done this already, but did you check the versioning to see if anyone had done any edits to the App after the 2nd which may have caused the issue? Did you try rolling back the App to the last-known-working version?

I am experiencing exactly same issue, no matter how I try, it just won't work(sometime it magically worked, then later getting same stupid error, very frustrated! 😞

 

what is the root cause? and what is the solution?

@mbyanfei  Sorry you are having issues loading your app. 

 

Based on the information from your session id it looks like either a firewall or proxy is preventing the download of the app. 

 

It appears this domain is getting blocked. 

https://pafeblobprodby.blob.core.windows.net:443

 

Can you make sure your company allowing all of the required domains from this article?

you mean  domain URL (https://pafeblobprodby.blob.core.windows.net:443) needs to be whitelisted? what is this domain for? and when I clicked on it I got the some error? and you mentioned article, which article? cause the link points to same domain?

The *.blob.core.windows.net service is used for storing and retrieving the published app.
