Pulling a filtered list from SharePoint

I have one SharePoint list of over 2000 customer names, each one is in one of five projects.

I’d like to have screen one be 5 buttons that my users can choose the project which would then move to the project customer list screen that they could search.

I’m having difficulties pulling the rows in because it stops searching at 2000 so towards the end I don’t think it’s pulling everyone in.

Any ideas on how to write this so I can pull in all customers for one project at a time? Not one project has over 2000 entries.

@Anonymous

2000 is the limit for non- delegable queries. Above that you need to use functions that are delegable for Sharepoint list data source.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/delegation-list

What function are you using to filter the record?

You could set the  OnSelect property of the button to UpdateContext({CustomerList:Filter(SharpointListName, Project="Project 1")}) and set the Gallery Items to CustomerList.
