HI @Sumaira :

Could you tell me:
What is youre data source? Is it CDS?
What is the connection between ParentCase and ChildCase? Are they stored in two entities?

I assume there are two entities(ParentCase/ChildCase) and the relationship between these two entyties is One to Many.

I've made a test for your reference:

1\Add a drop down control(Dropdown4)

Items

ParentCases

2\Add a DisPlay form:

DataSource

ParentCases

Item

Dropdown4.Selected

3\Add a gallery

Items

Dropdown4.Selected.ChildCases

Best Regards,

Sumaira

Hi @Sumaira :

I'm not sure what you mean by "in terms of queues"? Could you explain it in detail? Is it a list box?

Best Regards,

Bof

@v-bofeng-msftThanks again for the response

Queue is an entity in dynamics 365

Hi @Sumaira :

Could you tell me what is the relationship between Queue\ParentCase\ChildCase? Are they three entities? How are they related?

Best Regards,

Bof

@v-bofeng-msftThanks again for taking time to respond

The relation ship between queue item and case is Parentcase(1):Queue(M).

And a case has 1:M relationship with itself

There are two entities

Please guide

Sumaira
