I thought adding radio buttons linked to SharePoint List would be relatively easy.
SP CheckList image below.
Below Power App screen image with three radio buttons.
If user selects 'Fail' radio button - Description (text-input [comments]) visible and label 15 (Thermostat) label fill colour red.
If user selects either 'Pass' or 'NA' radio buttons - Description (text-input [comments]) remains invisble and label 15 (Thermostat) label fill colour green.
I think I have worked out how to configure SharePoint list to Radio buttons. I'm still developing my understanding before developing a test app.
What is your current situation?
According to your description, the formula should be easy to implement.
First for the Comments visible.
For the color of Label 15, which property you would like to display as green or red, the background, or the text within the Label?
For the backgroud, configrue the Fill property:
Switch(Radio2.Selected.Value, "Fail:",Color.Red, "Pass:",Color.Green, "N/A:",Color.Green, Color.White)
Thank you taking the time to answer my question. I really appreciate you doing so.
Your solution provides the functionality I seek. Thank you.
However, I'm still struggling to connect ["Pass:", "Fail:", "NA:"] to SharePoint list (named Checklist) Pass, Fail, NA.
ThisItem.Pass && Fail && NA;
I know I'm probably missing something that is absolutely obvious, and I will be extremely annoyed that I didn't see it for myself if I learn how to correctly write the formula.
I eargly await to learn how to correct the gap in my knowledge.
