Radio buttons value not always retained

I've integrated radio buttons ("OK","NOK","NA") into a gallery "Gallery_Questions" from screen "Screen_List_Questions".

When you select "NOK", an image "Icon_Add_Document" becomes visible.

If you click on it, you are sent to another screen "Screen_Non_Conformances" in order to specify the reason of your non-conformance.

Afterwards, when you finish to edit your comment, by pressing on a button, you are sent back to "Screen_List_Questions" which should remain radio buttons populated as I did before I went to "Screen_Non_Conformances".

My issue is when I'm testing this app from my desktop everything works fine but when I'm testing it from my smart phone the values from radio button are not always retained (when I navigate from one scree to another : Screen_List_Questions --> Screen_Non_Conformances --> Screen_List_Questions ).

I tried to populate a temporary collection when I click on the icon "Icon_Add_Document" and set the default radio button with this formula : "LookUp(Collection_Temp_Answer,Label_Question_Num.Text=Number,Answer)" but problem still remains.

Did you already face similar event? Is there anything I could modify to avoid that kind of event?

Re: Radio buttons value not always retained

I'm using it on an iPhone 6s with iOS 12.3.1 and the version of PowerApps is 3.19072.10.
