Ranking system for a quiz

Hello everyone,  I created a quiz app for an event of my company. There is a ranking on it, that I created using a sharepoint list. I am using a flow from power automate to update the list and also the ranking. The problem is that I can't add persons to the sharepoint site (it is a massive number of people accessing the quiz by scanning a qr code) so they don't have the permissions needed to update the list and the flow fails. How can I do this ranking system ?

Hi, thank you for your answer. The problem about granting access for everybody is that I don't know exactly who is going to answer the quiz, so I don't have all the emails to add at sharepoint. I thought about making two powerautomate flows for this, following this logic:

Flow 1:

-Get the name and the score of the user

-sent me an email with a specific subject and put in the body the name and score of the user.

Flow 2:

-When a new email arrives with that specific subject, pick the body of it

-Compose two strings (one for the name and one for the user)

-Update the sharepoint list

But I don't know if it will work, because I think it needs the outlook permissions of the user to sent me an email. Maybe I try this and if doesn't work I will update the ranking manually

Hi @Anonymous ,

Given the nature of the app, perhaps it's an option to grant everybody access to the SharePoint list?

There are some tricks to make it harder for people to edit the list directly through sharepoint, such as switching off grid editing and replacing standard forms with PowerApps forms without controls.

My idea with the flows worked. The sharepoint list is being updated now.
