Rate limit is exceeded, using lookup in Dynamics 365 (CRM online)

Hi, I have the gallery polpulated with opportunities.

Data sources for the app are opportunities and accounts.

Using lookup for an opportunity field against accounts gives me an "rate limit is exceeded" warning. The lookup is to retrive the account name based on the _parentaccountid_value from the opportunity.

It works fine as long as the gallery list is small. But as soon as I remove a couple of filters to the gallery and its retrieves around 160 records, I get this warning.

Is there a limit?

Hi Rfla,

I guess that there might be a limitation on this issue.
Could you tell me the codes you are using?

Please check this documentation about Delegation for a reference:

Hi, this is the code:

If(Dropdown3.Selected.Value="All products";
SortByColumns(Search(Filter(Opportunities;statuscode=1&&(_ownerid_value)=TextBox2_1.Text); TextSearchBox1_2.Text; "name"); "estimatedclosedate"; If(SortDescending1; Descending;Ascending));
Dropdown3.Selected.Value="Some product 1";SortByColumns(Search(Filter(Opportunities;statuscode=1&&(_ownerid_value)=TextBox2_1.Text&&Some_product_field_1=true); TextSearchBox1_2.Text; "name"); "estimatedclosedate"; If(SortDescending1; Descending;Ascending));
Dropdown3.Selected.Value="Some product 2";SortByColumns(Search(Filter(Opportunities;statuscode=1&&(_ownerid_value)=TextBox2_1.Text&&Some_product_field_2=true); TextSearchBox1_2.Text; "name"); "estimatedclosedate"; If(SortDescending1; Descending;Ascending));
Dropdown3.Selected.Value="Some product 3";SortByColumns(Search(Filter(Opportunities;statuscode=1&&(_ownerid_value)=TextBox2_1.Text&&Some_product_field_3=true); TextSearchBox1_2.Text; "name"); "estimatedclosedate"; If(SortDescending1; Descending;Ascending));
Dropdown3.Selected.Value="Some product 4";SortByColumns(Search(Filter(Opportunities;statuscode=1&&(_ownerid_value)=TextBox2_1.Text&&Some_product_field_4=true); TextSearchBox1_2.Text; "name"); "estimatedclosedate"; If(SortDescending1; Descending;Ascending));
Dropdown3.Selected.Value="Some product 5";SortByColumns(Search(Filter(Opportunities;statuscode=1&&(_ownerid_value)=TextBox2_1.Text&&Some_product_field_5=true); TextSearchBox1_2.Text; "name"); "estimatedclosedate"; If(SortDescending1; Descending;Ascending));
Dropdown3.Selected.Value="Some product 6";SortByColumns(Search(Filter(Opportunities;statuscode=1&&(_ownerid_value)=TextBox2_1.Text&&Some_product_field_6=true); TextSearchBox1_2.Text; "name"); "estimatedclosedate"; If(SortDescending1; Descending;Ascending))
