Read powerapps collection email address each time

Hi Everyone,

How can I read PowerApps screen collection to get only specific email address and configure these mail address to bulk mail .

I have tries with JSON but cant able to do it.

Suppose :this is collection that is formed every time based on the filter condition.

Collect(Emaill,Filter(GroupBy(ColectionAA,"{Name}","Grouped"),Count(Distinct(Grouped.'Name','Name').Result)=Value(Dropdown1_4.Selected.Value)))(Dropdown1_4.Selected.Value)))

Based on collection I will read users email dynamically in ms flow to create instant trigger.

please help me how can I read email column from collection ?

Hi @007James_Bond ,

Could you please share more details about your scenario?

Could you please show more details about the Email Column to store the email address in your ColectionAA? Do you use the '{Name} ' column to store the email address?

Firstly, you could modify your Filter formula as below:

ClearCollect(
         Emaill,
         Filter(
                 GroupBy(ColectionAA,"{Name}","Grouped"),
                Count(Distinct(Grouped,'Name')) = Value(Dropdown1_4.Selected.Value)
        )
)

If you want to extract email address from above Email collection, and send email to these email address, please try the following formula:

Office365Outlook.SendEmail(
                             Concat(Email, '{Name}' & ";"), // concatenate all email address from the Email collection
                             "< Subject Line >",
                             "< Body Message >"
)

Please try above solution, then check if the issue is solved.

do you want to send to MS flow all emails from the collection called 'Emaill'? if yes:

Set(varEmails, Concat(Emaill, EmailColumn & ";"));

YourFlowName.Run(varEmails);
