Reason Powerapps Doesn't Work with SQL Server or Azure SQL DB Triggers

I've read over and over again that Powerapps doesn't work with SQL Server or Azure SQL DB triggers.  I can't find a description of the precise problem.  What about SQL CLR triggers?  Can someone point me to a description of problem?

Re: Reason Powerapps Doesn't Work with SQL Server or Azure SQL DB Triggers

Hi @mogulman,

So far it is true that Powerapps does not support triggers from SQL. In fact, there is already an idea posted by others asking for enabling use of triggers in Azure SQL Tables. The status of this idea in planned. You could vote on it and comment there.

Buried in the comments is a link to a description of problem.  Based on description it seems this is solvable problem.  The only issue I see is troggers must contain ‘SET NOCOUNT ON’.  Can someone on the development team explain why this hasn't been addressed?
