Record the time when changes are made to multiple fields

Hi,

I've a created a form through Sharepoint list. I have 4 different toggles and I want to track the time and date when the toggle was checked and the data was submitted.

For example, a User checks the toggle and submits the form. I want a record of when was this submitted. Then user checks the second toggle, I want a separate record when this second submission was made.

Can anybody please guide me how can I create this audit trail?

Re: Record the time when changes are made to multiple fields

I find it helpful to have a Log Column in your list

Then after an action, Patch(.....{Log: ThisItem.Log&"
"&Now()&": "&YourUpdates})
