Refresh Excel Datasource

I'm trying to refresh my Excel Datasource:

Table1_2 

 

using function:

Refresh(Table1_2)  

error message "Only Managed Connections can be refreshed ?"

#1  The Import from Excel connector cannot be refreshed.  There is no live connection to your data in the desktop file.  The data simply gets imported into PowerApps and that's it.

 

#2 To connect to an Excel file and have live data refreshes you must place the workbook in OneDrive and use the OneDrive connector instead.

 

If these tips don't work, please take a screenshot of the connector you are using and let me know what's happening.

ok, I have one drive for business linking to the Excel table now.

but will only import the first 500 records ?

i'm sure its delegation. 

is there a way to import more than 500 records at a time ?

if so i will ask the question in a new post ?

You can increase the limit to 2,000 rows in the advanced settings but that is the maximum amount.
