Refresh Form Viewer after save

i have a powerapp form that I've created with a Sharepoint list.  I can add a record fine.  But all subsequent adds retain the values from the previous add vs. refreshing my form, unless i do a manual refresh of the screen.  Does anyone know how to automatically refresh the screen so that I do not have to refresh each time to reset the values?

Which form you are used here, the SharePoint List form configured within SharePoint, or the EditForm control within PowerApps App?

Would you please share the steps about how you save the new record into the SharePoint list?

Hi, Michael, I'm very new to Powerapps, so I'm still in the learning phase.  I think I figured out what i was doing wrong but maybe you can confirm.  When I created a custom form for my SP list, the default mode is Edit, whenever I would create a new record, none of my fields would reset from the prior item entry.  But when I changed the default mode to New, my fields now reset.  And, I'm able to Edit my item without issue.  I'm not sure if that is how it is intended to work.  I guess I could test creating a separate Edit Screen/form with different behavior to see if the same issue occurs.

Putting a Refresh in the OnSuccess action of the form might help:
