Remove a row from the view of a data form( Not remove from data source) that will retain and save said next time app is opened

Hey Power apps Community.

I am running into an issue, where i have a data form directly connected to a data source that I am not allowed to manipulate. The app essentially pulls a list of items from this source that are "to be assessed". My app is looking to do an assessment on said item, and i want my data form to remove the view of that row once the assessment is complete, without changing the data source, and to save and reflect on the form next time it is opened.

Is this possible in power apps?

Thank You

Hey!

Thanks for pointing me to the link. I've actually reviewed that post but it doesn't entirely align with my scenario. This form has a ton of columns that I dont believe i can translate into a gallery.
