Remove last row in SP

Hi.

I do not have a gallery, only buttons. The buttons register the current date of the sharepoint in the person's name, and turn green. My question is: The person registers with the button, and it turns green and sends the date to SP. But then it turns out that he pressed the wrong person. Then I want it to be pressed again on the same button, and delete the last registration.
Have tried with removeif, but do not finish.
Nice if someone can guide me in the right direction.

Hi @ENRM ,

Firstly can you please post your code in Text - you will have to correct some characters in the below. I also assume there could be other entries for other names between the two button presses (if not this is much easier in just deleting the last record written. The chained With() statements are to keep this Delegable

UpdateContext({JohnnyBâtKnapp:!JohnnyBâtKnapp});;
If(
   JohnnyBâtKnapp;
   Patch(
      Bâtovelser;
      Defaults(Bâtovelser);
     {Johnny: DateValue(LabelDato.Text)}
   );
   With(
      {
         wLast:
         Sort(
            Bâtovelser;
            ID;
            Descending
         )
      };
      With(
         {
            wJohnny:
            Lookup(
               wLast;
               !IsBlank(Johnny)
            )
         };
         Removelf(
            Bâtovelser;
            ID = wJohnny.ID
         )
      )
   )

@WarrenBelz Hope you could help me with another case?

What do I need to do to keep the color of the buttons the same after I quit the app and restart it? So that the app understands what color the buttons were before the app was terminated. Now all the buttons start red.

@ENRM ,

That is problematic as you do not have a specific record to refer to when opening the app. If you want the individual user to retain their particular setting, you would probably need to save these to a list with a field for each button and the user's email. You could then do a LookUp at App OnStart to get the values back and set the button colours accordingly.

@WarrenBelz I have a column with color on button, but do not quite know how to manage to patch it from powerapps to SP.

@ENRM ,

Are all the buttons based on what state the particular user left them when last pushed and do you want these for this user?

@WarrenBelzYes, that's right. We have a common user, and we only have one screen/pc that is operated by all employees.

@ENRM ,

Just write the button values to a list (you will need a separate one) and it needs only one record with a field for each value and then get them back at App OnStart.

So

Patch(
   ListName,
   {ID: 1},
   {
      Field1: Button1Value,
      . . . . . . .
   }
)

then each Button value would be

First(ListName).ButtonNoField

@WarrenBelz I have made a list (ButtonColor) and column for each button. Error when I enter button1value in your formula. Something I do not understand here. Attaches photos of SP and Fill on button. This is a formula where it should be red and turn green, and 1 every month. it must change to red at 00.00. Works just fine.

Tried me on a patch, but it stopped for me.
