I have a look Up column in a current SharePoint list which has some null values in the orginal list.
I want a dropdown for this column in the sharepoint form.
How do I remove the null values from it?

I think you can try the formula expression as this:
Dropdown.Items: Filter(Choices('20190129_Divisons'.Templates), Not(IsBlank(Value))) /*’20190129_Division’ is my Sharepoint List Name*/
On your side,Dropdown.Items: Filter(Choices('Your SP List’.Templates), Not(IsBlank(Value)))
I test as next:
DataCardValue14.Items: Filter(Choices('20190129_Divisons'.Templates), Not(IsBlank(Value)))
