Removing of blank Items from a gallery

Hi,

I'm working on a checklist app. You can find the sharepoint list that I created for this project.

I specified the control items of checklist and the tools to check according these control items on this list. I'll use the check box to record the check box values.

When I import the data to the blank flexible height galley, some of the items of gallery is blank.

1) How can I remove the blank items from gallery?

2) As you can see on the attached, for the first item (APR-249) of gallery , I created 5 check box for the 5 control items. But the other items like APR-792 have 4 control items, but the 5. text label is blank and there is a 5. check box for this blank item. How can I remove?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @atakanshn ,

Please try the filter function and IsBlank function.

Thank you for your answer.

As you can see, When you filter the Col2, also "Col1:C" is filtered.

Is there any another way for this?

Hi @atakanshn ,

Yes.. it's by design. If you don't want to show the Col2 from the second item, just hide the control in gallery.

You can set its visible attribute with If statement.
