You could use graph api in your canvas app by creating a custom connector or calling a flow wiht http action.

thank you for help. Graph API is new to me and I also don't have much experience with Flows. 

Is there a possibility to dynamically chose the team and the display name that needs to be changed in power apps?

Yes it is possible. But to implement it you need to use the graph api. There is no such out of the box functionality.
