I might be searching for this incorrectly, but what I am looking for is something similar to what InfoPath did with Repeating Tables/Rows.
I have a SharePoint list, but in the form I want an option to have a repeating table that will allow me to enter in line items where with each item I have a last row that totals the costs. These repeating tables do not have to live in the list but I want them available. It would be nice to have the total be entered into the list though if possible. Might be with the help of Flow I am thinking.
