Hello,
I've created a repeating data learned from Shane Young's YouTube instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUX_0AA4-Hs
I followed instructions which worked but for me i only need on 1 SharePoint list as i repeat only few data for the same customer like example if customer ship but they ship 2 boxes same day i wanted like something it can only repeat this on same SharePoint list, so it record that customer twice with the two shipment details as i am newbie and still struggling it will be hard for me to join 2 SharePoint list 😫
TrackingNumber
Weight
Length
DeclaredValue
CODAmount
FreightCharges
Width
Height

Hi
is there anyone can help on this please ?
Hi @Ramole ,
Firstly, you need a common "key" between the lists. There must be one field with the same value to "link" them.
The obvious one I can see is CompanyName, which needs to exist in the other data set.
After that, it is just a matter of filtering the second list based on the company name in the record displayed in the first one.
Hi @WarrenBelz
I wanted to use one SharePoint List for repeating example below is one list and all i wanted is to repeat only some fields like green color fields
Here the repeating data
CompanyName Lookup Item
CollectonDelivery Yes/No Item
Note Single line of text Item
Order date Date and Time Item
Order Status Choice Item
Shipping Method Choice Item
Shipping Route Choice Item
Here's different data
TrackingNumber Single line of text
TotalPieces Number
Weight Single line of text
Length Single line of text
DeclaredValue Currency
CODAmount Currency
CODType Choice
FreightCharges Currency
Width Single line of text
Height Single line of text
Hi @Ramole ,
I understand, but you need at least one field in both lists to be the same. This is the basic principle of relational data.
I have now found your screenshot further back in the post and what you appear to want to do is to repeat the "different" red data.
So you have a heap of orders for a company on an order date and you want to see all the tracking number information.
If this is the case, the two fields "Company Name" and "Order Date" need to be in the "Red" table
OR
are they all in the same table (you have not specified this). If this is the case, you need to do some work with collections to separate the data so you can display the multiple items against a single item source. You might start with this video from Shane Young

What sets apart an Advocate from a Helper, or a Solution Sage from a Community Champion? In today’s #TuesdayTip, we’re unveiling the secrets and sharing tips to help YOU elevate your ranking—and why it matters to our vibrant communities. Community ranks serve as a window into a member’s role and activity. They celebrate your accomplishments and reveal whether someone has been actively contributing and assisting others. For instance, a Super User is someone who has been exceptionally helpful and engaged. Some ranks even come with special permissions, especially those related to community management. Look out for the icon and rank name displayed next to your username—it’s a badge of honor! Fun fact: Your Community Engagement Team keeps an eye on these ranks, recognizing the most passionate and active community members. So shine brightly with valuable content, and you might just earn well-deserved recognition! Where can you see someone’s rank? When viewing a post, you’ll find a member’s rank to the left of their name.Click on a username to explore their profile, where their rank is prominently displayed. What about the ranks themselves?
