Repeating shared_sharepointonline_2 error

Hi,

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but one of my flow keep getting this error:

test.png

I have looked around and it does get resolved by export/importing the flow but the weird thing is it gets this error again an hour or less... even when no change is made to the flow.

For example, I exported and imported the flow at noon and tested it - it works. After lunch, I would try the flow again and noticed its broken with the same error...

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @MrEdward ,

Have you fire your flow from a canvas app?

Could you please share a screenshot about the whole configuration of your flow?

Based on the error message screenshot that you mentioned, it seems that there is something wrong with the connection to your "Copy file" action of SharePoint connector. Please consider re-create a new connection to the "Copy file" action in your flow, then save your flow, try it again, check if the issue is solved.

Also please consider remove the "Copy file" action from your flow, then save your flow. After that, edit your flow again, add the "Copy file" action back, save your flow, try it again, check if the issue is fixed.

If you fire your flow from a canvas app, please consider remove the flow connection from your canvas app, save and re-publish your canvas app.  Then edit your canvas app again, add a new connection to your flow, save and publish your canvas app. Fire the flow from your app again, check if the issue is fixed.

Please check and see if the following thread or article would help in your scenario:

I actually changed the connection profile (we had a shared account) to another newly created connection for Copy File action and it seems to work fine now. So what you're suggesting does seem to fix the issue, thanks!
