Hi, Can you please tell us more detailed information about what you want to achieve in PowerApps for this report? What I understand so far is that you can create your own view in SharePoint list from setttings page to work with report. Though SharePoint list view does not work in PowerApps, you can also control about which SP list fields and how the fields show in gallery control in the app. For example, you can add a dropdown control in the template part of the Gallery control to show data from a Choice field. About Gallery control, you can learn from here: If you are not familiar with powerapps, you can try to create one auto-generated app using SharePoint list data source here: Home > Start from data > SharePoint Regards, Mona

I am not  that fluent in english so let me explain this in simple words.

There will be a dropdown in my application, and that dropdown will filter the gallery. For example, the dropdown has two choices. Active Users and Inactive Users. When I choose the Active User, the gallery should show the active users only. (I can do this part) So now I filtered my gallery and now it's time to export that gallery result to pdf.

And that pdf or that report should only show the active user. Vice versa.

Thank you very much!
