Required Field not entered

I have a PowerApp that has a form with several Required Fields. However, if the user clicks submit button without entering those required fields, it still sends them a confirmation email and goes to sent confirmation screen. Is there a way for it to not complete those 2 steps if all required fields are not completed? PowerApps does have the small error message at the top of the screen but that flashes so quick and sometimes is missed. Here is my formula:

SubmitForm(NewIncidentForm);

Office365.SendEmail(User().Email, "Incident Submitted - " & IncidentNumValue, "<b>Your incident has been submitted successfully</b>", {IsHtml: true});

Reset(cbCustomer);
Reset(cbEmployID);
Reset(cbOwnerOp);
ResetForm(NewIncidentForm);
Navigate(NewIncidentSuccess,ScreenTransition.Cover)

Have you tried placing the email function, reset function and navigate on the forms OnSuccess property. It will then only fire if the SubmitForm is successful.
