Reservation system App per department incl. limits

Hello,

I would like to build an app that will allow users to book a place on each day on the production site.

In each of 9 departments there are limits of employees that can be present on the site on each day.

The app should have the following functionalities:

- reservation system for each department that will allow reservation for maximum 14 days upfront

- limits of places for each department (per day)

- if the limit in the department is exceeded, the app will notify the user and will not make a booking on this day

- data is saved on a sharepoint (available only for admin)

- option to also cancel the reservation on a particular day if an employee changes his mind

- the app should dather the following info: email address, date that employee booked

Could you please support me with with building this app?

Hi,

It might be easier to get help here if you posted what you already have along with any questions you have on how to do specific parts. We aren't here to build this from scratch for you. If you want I believe their are some paid services that can help out with App building that Microsoft offers. Otherwise we also have some Power Apps tutorials too.

Hi @alrez! I have a similar problem - I can't set a limit on the number of available bookings per day. I have a powerapp which uses a form connected to a sharepoint list to make the reservations, and a gallery view displaying the number of available slots per day - but I cannot get a formula to work which limits the users from booking more than 17 slots per day. Do you have any idea how a limit can be set? I attached the app as well. Best regards / Axel
