Reset App in Editor

Hi,

I feel like this is a super simple thing and I am probably missing it, but is it possible to restart the app while in the edit screen? I often like to test my changes as if I was starting from the beginning but between all my variables, navigating, etc. I can't do it without closing the editor and then reopening it. Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you want to reset/restart your app within the Edit screen?

Thanks for your feedback, if you want to reset/restart your app within the Edit screen, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please vote the following idea:

Hi I have tried editing the milestones app in Power apps and have made a mistake. I now want to reset and delete the original edit attempt and start from scratch editing the factory Milestones app but every time i try it says i need to close the other session and there is no way to close the other session. It gives you the option to overide and says you will lose changes but when you select this it just opens the partially edited (And full of errors) version of milestones.

How do you simply reset the editing to start from scratch with a new factoary version of the app?
