Return if current date is within date range from Sharepoint

Hey Guys, I have a sharepoint List which has LeaveStart and LeaveEnd as Date column which shows dd/mm/yyyy and when I output today as date it shows d/m/yyyy so maybe that's the reason (Not meeting same format) I can't make it to text since I will be looking at range if the Date Today is within the range from LeaveStart to LeaveEnd

If(IsBlank(LookUp(Attendance,Lower(Email) =Lower(User().Email)&&LeaveStart >= Today() &&LeaveEnd <= Today() )),"NOT ON LEAVE","ON LEAVE")

Please help me 😞

Hi @nagestiada

Try going for <= and then >= ....as follows:

If(IsBlank(LookUp(Attendance,Lower(Email) =Lower(User().Email)&&LeaveStart <= Today() &&LeaveEnd >= Today() )),"NOT ON LEAVE","ON LEAVE")
