I have a rich text editor in my powerapps form, On that field when I tried to paste some snippet like from excel (Fig1) without having extra line after that snippet, the snippet is not getting rendered/visible/updated on my rich text field after I submit the form. But When I added a new line or just press enter after that snippet, it is visible and updated on my rich text field after submitting the form.
Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
I have made a test and the issue is confirmed on my side. The screenshot as below:
I think this issue is related to the limited features for formatting text within the Rich Text Editor control.
The Rich Text Editor control's intended use is to format text and does not guarantee to preserve the integrity of the input HTML. All script, style, object and other potentially compromising tags will be removed by the editor. This means that if rich text was created outside of PowerApps, it may not look the same as in the product where it was created.
As an alternative solution, you could consider take a try to click the Remove Format option within the Rich Text Editor control before submitting the form. I have made a test on my side, please check the following image:
Thnaks for your reply.
Did you noticed, when we clicked on remove format, our cursor position is moved to next line.
Is there any option when user click on submit action then automatically cursor moved to next line or "Remove Format" clicked?
Thanks for your feedback, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
