Runtime Error

I am getting the following runtime error when I try to launch PowerApps to edit my app. I have tried clearing my cache and tried using an incognito browser and still get the same message

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Re: Runtime Error

@v-monli-msft I tried Chrome and IE and got the same error. I was able to find a backdoor in yesterday and it seems to be working fine today. I'm still not sure what the issue was. The way I got in yesterday was to use the web link fo my app. I have my app on a SharePoint page so I copied the web link from that and pasted right into a new browser and it worked just fine.

Re: Runtime Error

Hi @clmile ,

Have you tested with another web browser and pc? Have this worked before?

When will you get the error message? Immediately after you sign into https://make.powerapps.com/? Also, what is your license? Plan1/Plan2 or Office 365 and Dynamics 365 with PowerApps?

Regards,

Mona
