Hi @samison ,

Could you tell me:

Did you use the "Send an HTTP request to SharePoint" action in flow?

If so , could you share your flow?

I did a test for you but it worked.

Is this what you want or I understand it wrong?

Hi @samison ,

Please check if the user can access the sharepoint site.

1\ Add user to site

v-xiaochen-msft_0-1612314114748.png

2\ Share a list with the user

I am the user. I created the list, and the ms flow.  I have full control.

The site admin was able to get a mail when the site admin assigned a tasked. The flow executed successfully and the site admin got the mail. we both have full control of the site and the list. but when i add a task and assigned to me it does not deliver the email but the flow runs successfully.

So could it be because of the profiles what is going on in the tenant that i am missing?

Thanks
