SPACE BETWEEN NUMBERS INPUT FIELD

HELLO I HAVE A INPUT FIELD NAME "Telephone" I WANT THE WHEN THE USER TYPE THE NUBERS OF HIS PHONE, THE SPACE IN CREATE ALONE ALL 2 CHARACTERS MENS : USER TYPE 0146 IT TYPE 01 46 THE SPACE IS AUTOMATICALLY GENERATE IS THERE A WAY TO DO THIS IN POWERAPPS ?? THANK FOR YOUR HELP

I guess they are 10 digits. If the number are in TextInput5,
In the default of TextInput1:

 

Left(TextInput1.Text,2)&" "&Left(Mid(TextInput1.Text,3),2)
&" "&Left(Mid(TextInput1.Text,5),2)&" "&Left(Mid(TextInput1.Text,7),2)
&" "&Left(Mid(TextInput1.Text,9),2)
