SQL Server getting error: "The specified column is generated by the server and cant be specified"

I am trying to insert new data into my database with the powerapps. I have an AWS SQL db and I'm trying to do this via forms...

Here is a print of my app form:

But when I click on "Enviar Relatório", that is "Submit Report" on PT-BR, I get this error:
"data: The specified column is generated by the server and cant be specified"

My database Structure is this one:

My DBMy DB

Why am I getting this error and how can I fix it?

HI

Know this is 4 weeks old now, so assume you have solved, but looking at your SQL table, you don't have a primary key on your table, so without this you cannot create a new record in your table from PowerApps
