SQL Views taking time to refresh data into PowerApps.

Hi Folks ,

I am using SQL Server as data source and created views to display data in PowerApps.
If we add or update a record data is not reflecting to the app until we refresh the source or need to navigate to other screens and get back.
Thank You🙂

Hi @GVenkatesh ,

Are you using a Gallery inside a Canvas app to display your SQL data?

Do you mean when creating/editing a record inside your SQL table, this data does not display in the gallery automatically unless you do some more actions like refreshing DataSource?

If yes, it do need to refresh your DataSource to retrieve a fresh copy of a data source when your DataSource changes.

For why “navigate to other screens and get back” can work for you, maybe there is a “Refresh()” function in the OnVisible property of your current screen.
