As of today all our apps have become unusable. The response time for loading a small SP list or SQL table, can take up to 70 seconds, where this as 250ms last week. It's a big problem, as we where progressing very well with promoting Powerapps in our company (100K+ users). The issue we have now is impacting the user experience to such an extend that our management is questioning Powerapps as a whole. Does anyone else experience these ridiculous loading times as of today. I hope there will be a solution soon. They have been working fine over the last couple of months, but are now impacting the trust we carefully build up in powerapps
Same problem in Estonia, connectivity errors appear continuously since last week (21.04) when we've got "Bad Gateway" and other connection errors.
Today apps just freeze on data loading. I also have a list of customers whos business is digitalized with Power Apps and it's a serious problem for them if service stops working.
Had a call with MS support and got an answer:
"It’s a connectivity issues, 50Xs or overall degraded performance when connecting to data sources. This seems to be an outage. We are working on it and will keep you posted. Thanks"
It seems to be improved, but sometimes it still takes 15-20 seconds just to launch an app. It's also past peak business hours, so it could be that also.
Yes, it's working now.
But I would like to know how Microsoft is planning to avoid such cases in the future, or should we always be afraid of that problem happening again?
