Hi vynnettekj,

 

If you would like to show the value from one column of table in SQL server, then we could add it through the following way:

First insert a DropDown Control:

Insert ->Controls->DropDown,

After that, Click on Content tab, rename the DropDown name from DropDown1 to the one you prefered, here we use Club1,

Then we need add the SQL server data source, if already added, then click on the dropdown box, make sure the selected property is "Items", then change the formula with the format below:

'[dbo].[Club]'.Club

 

 

Use single quoter to mark the table, then a comma to choose the table columns.
