Save Document as a Template

Hello, In Powerapps, when the user clicks Submit,  I would like to create a file in a document library using a Content Type as the document Template.  The file is created but unable to open the word document.  I have attached my flow.

Thanks

Isaac

Hi,

Looking at it, it seems that the issue is that you are adding the ".docx" to the end of the file content path. Looking at the documentation we have on this action it should be uploaded as a binary as shown in the link below; I am not exactly certain how to do this. Maybe try it without the path and it should inherit the file properties? Maybe this is a better question for Microsoft Support. I'll include another link below if you want to go down that path. Otherwise does any other communities members know? Feel free to chime in.

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support

Regards,

Alex
