Save Excel lookup values as CSV in another Excel

Hello,

I've been successful with using lookup columns in a SharePoint online list and saving it in the list. I'm trying to do the same in an Excel spreadsheet stored in OneDrive.

Here's what I have.

In my OneDrive I have an Excels spreadsheet. One of the worksheets, let's call it MISC, has columns which I am using as lookup. I'm building a PowerApp to store data in the other Worksheets, however, i'm stuck at getting multiple lookup values from the MISC worksheet and saving the choices as CSV.

I did try using the Left(Concat(ComboBox.SelectedItems.Value, Concatenate(Text(Value), ";")),Len(Concat(ComboBox.SelectedItems.Value, Concatenate(Text(Value), ";"))) - 1) formula but didn't work. The error I was getting was related to the Concat function syntax.

Any thoughts? Ideas?

Hi @darogael,

Please take a try to switch the formula as below:

Left(Concat(ComboBox1.SelectedItems, Concatenate(Value1, ";")),
Len(Concat(ComboBox1.SelectedItems, Concatenate(Text(Value1), ";"))) - 1)

Remove the .value after the SelectedItems, also for the Concatenate(), specify the Value1, or the Column field name directly.

See the testing result from my side:

See if this would meet your requirements.

Michael
