Save conflict error when patching -Powerapps

Hi All,
My Datasources are all in SharePoint list.
I have a gallery(Datasource A) and i'm updating another Datasource B(A sharePoint list)-specific fields based no the criteria below

If("3" in ThisItem.Number,
Patch('Request',selectedItem,{'Section1': Dropdown1.SelectedText.Value})

);

If("4" in ThisItem.Number,
Patch('Request',selectedItem,{'Section2': Dropdown1.SelectedText.Value})

);
Refresh('Request')

I have like almost 18 of the above operation and the trigger is onChange event using the Dropdown1

But when i select the dropdowns just one after the other..I'm getting
'Error" Save conflict error and telling me to refresh before i can continue

Any idea what i 'missing or what i need to do to avoid this SharePoint error?

Thanks

Hi @naijacoder ,

Could you please share more details about your scenario?

Please refer to the doc about If function:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-if#description

As you are going to patch base on the the condition that whether 3 or 4 in ThisItem.Number, you'd better modify the formula to:

If("3" in ThisItem.Number,
Patch('Request',ThisItem,{'Section1': Dropdown1.Selected.Value}),
"4" in ThisItem.Number,
Patch('Request',ThisItem,{'Section2': Dropdown1.Selected.Value})
);
Refresh('Request')

Hope this helps.
