Save data vertically

Hi Team,

I am using a form, I have 10 questions I need to save data in horizontal. For every user who ever answers this questions.

Example

Questions NoAnswers
1Yes
2Yes
3No
4Yes
5No
6Yes
7Yes
8No
9No
10No

 

Please help me.

@Anonymous , If you want to maintain everything in one table, then each question will be your one column in the table, Currently there are 10 questions so it will not be a problem, but in future if there are more number of questions to be added, then it would be a schema changes to add new question column, hence i wouldn't request you to maintain two tables, one for questions which acts as master table and one more table to capture user responses.
