Schedueld flow- one time only?

Hi.

So I am trying to set up a schedueld Flow which should run one time only.

The closest I get is when I use scheduled recurrence as a trigger.

Only problem with this is that I am forced to choose frequency and intervals.

My question is; is there any way to set up a Flow without repetition?

Hi @Jako

Please see the screenshot below. Once you trigger the flow, after all your actions, towards the end you can add the turn off flow action.

Hope this Helps!

I am having permisson issues with using "turn off flow"-action. I am going to have to contact my IT department.

I am sure that it will work after that.

Thanks again.

Yes. Admin access is needed for that. Basically you should be able to do it even if you are the owner/co owner of the flow.

I am the owner of the Flow.

The message says that I have to contact the main administrator for Office whitin my organization.

I am sure it will be solved. My only concern is if it is going to be asking for this permission evry time I try to use this type of action in the future.
