Scheduled Power app

I wanted to create a scheduled app that would run once a month from an power automate trigger.

I would place a few function on the "Start Up" and then once completed close.

Is that possible?

My goal is to create a monthly email with a table of all the updated sharepoint list items from the last month.

What you describe is very possible, but not as a Power App.  To send out a monthly email with SharePoint updates you want to look into building a Flow with a Recurrence trigger in Power Automate.

Run flows on a schedule - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs
